VIP Design Day - Frequently Asked Questions

VIP Design Days are a perfect option if you've been DIYing your brand and/or website and have maxed out the time, skills, or knowledge you want to dedicate.


They are also perfect for brands who are established or who have worked with me in the past but need a refresh or added integration.


*I can work on the following platforms- Site Modify, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly or Shopify.

Yes! I will be communicating with you via Asana and checking in throughout the day to give progress check-ins and ask/answer questions that may come up. Proofs will also be available throughout your day for review/response.

You don't have to! When you book your day you'll choose from the list of options. During the kickoff call, we will discuss how much of your list I'll be able to get done and put a list together for items I can work on if I have extra time. You have my undivided and complete attention for 7.5 hours on your VIP day!


During our kickoff call, we will put together a priority list with the most important items at the top. We will determine the primary items I know I can complete and deliver in the timeframe. We will agree upon final deliverables during our call.


There will also be a secondary list to reference at the end of the day if there is time for it.


If for some rare reason, I am not able to finish the primary items on your list on day 1, I will work on them the following day, and they will be delivered then.  


All assets will be delivered the day after design day. 

If you decide midway through the project that you'd like to get a few more things done, let's have a conversation to see if you would like to book another half or full VIP Design Day.

You receive seven days of post-delivery assistance. If there's anything we discussed that's missing, or if you require an alternative file format or tweaks to the design, you have a seven-day window to address it!

At the moment, this is a limited-time offer for specified dates during the months of January and February only.

My year-round offerings are offered on my services page.

It depends on your project, I may need you to provide me with assets, content, photos, graphics and more. Having these items ready to go will save you time.


On your VIP day you'll need to have Asana notifications on for immediate responses as needed.

The initial deposit of 50% is due to reserve your special day! The remaining 50% is due within 24-hours of your VIP Design Day. 


If you prefer to spread your payments out, you can choose to pay any amount toward the invoice balance between booking and VIP day.

Yes! This package includes revisions as needed on the VIP day. I'll keep in touch with you on my progress.


I will send proofs for review, and you can provide feedback via Asana.


You will also have 7 days of post-VIP day support.
